Last updated: August 2026

✎ Template — have this reviewed before publishing. This is a solid starting structure written in plain language, but it is not legal advice. Please have a qualified lawyer review and adapt it to Cyber Pravitel's actual practices and Zambian law (including the Data Protection Act, 2021).

These terms govern your use of the Cyber Pravitel website and, where applicable, the services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these terms. Specific projects are also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or misuse any part of it. We may update or change the site at any time without notice.

Our services

Any quote, scope, timeline or price we provide is agreed in writing before work begins. Deliverables, ownership of code and intellectual property, payment terms and support are set out in the project agreement for each engagement.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Cyber Pravitel unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we build for a client is transferred as set out in that client's agreement.

No warranty on information

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general purposes. Live feeds and third-party data (such as the vulnerability feed) are shown as-is and may not always be complete or current. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cyber Pravitel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability in connection with any engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
